Information and documents you submit must be truthful and must be yours to share. Abusive, fraudulent or duplicate reports may be rejected.
No guarantee of outcome
We cannot guarantee a repair, a refund, compensation or any other result. Remedies depend on the facts and applicable national law.
Fees
Reporting a case and receiving an initial assessment is free. Legal partners set and explain their own terms separately.
Termination
You may withdraw a case or close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
